Abstract

After analyzing all the results from the survey and interviews. This is evident that the perception of customers towards Islamic   windows   of   conventional   banks   is   good. They think Islamic windows as Islamic banks or subsidiary   of   conventional   bank   working as independent institution with in an institution. The major factor of  these  customers to select the  Islamic  mode  of  banking  is  religion  that  influences  the  most.  Other factors like family influence profit margins and lower services charges have secondary importance.  Service quality and  bank  reputation  is  also  a   key   factor   to   select  the  bank  to  do  business.  All the respondents are related to Islamic banking in   any form.  All of them are well educated and aware of Islamic banking.
