Religion, maqasid al shari’ah, Islamic Finance

In this paper we have discussed the basic theme of the Religion and its role in Society. There are many scholars who are religious compliant and they have discussed the rationality of it. While there are many who are irrational about the religious belief. Everyone has their own belief and they have their own logical answers to it. It is not compulsory for everyone to believe in it. The irrational people demand logical and scientific results for any belief while rational people who have belief in religion have their own experiences which cannot be prove through scientific results. If someone have faith in religion and it’s not harmful for the society while it have good effect on society it should not be considered bad. And we have discussed the protection of wealth which is main objective of the Maqasid al Shari’ah and its complaint with the Islamic finance and application of Islamic finance with maqasid al shari’ah.
